Purchase information. When you buy from us, we receive details about your order. Payments are handled by our payment providers.
Information collected automatically. When you use our websites, we and our partners may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, the site that referred you, and general location. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to do this.
Information from other companies. If you register through a form on a platform such as LinkedIn or Meta, that platform sends us the information you submit.

These platforms use it to match people to their accounts so we can show relevant ads, avoid showing ads to current clients or registrants, and measure results. To opt out, email us at the address below and we will exclude you from future uploads.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as website, email, video meeting, scheduling, form, automation, customer relationship management, text messaging, AI coaching, analytics, and payment tools. These currently include Kajabi, WordPress, Zoom, Zapier, JotForm, Calendly, Insightly, SuperPhone, and Coachvox AI.
- Advertising platforms as described above.
- Your university or sponsoring organization if you take part in a program it provides through a partnership with us, as needed to deliver that program.
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law or needed to protect our rights, our users, or others.
- A successor business if we are involved in a merger, sale, or transfer of assets.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages from Done Dissertation, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This does not prevent us from using service providers that help us send messages.
Your choices and rights
- Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Text messages: Reply STOP.
- Advertising: Email us to opt out of having your contact information shared with advertising platforms.
- Your information: Email us to ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We may keep some information when needed for legal, tax, security, or business record purposes.
